| Kristin School, Auckland; AssetWhere - Designed for Education Asset Management. |
AssetWhere was developed by OMNILINK as an independent data access tool that provides a user-friendly interface for the management of property portfolios and is easily customised for the needs of the organisation. AssetWhere delivers a consistent interface to information that creates ease of data integration from any source. This adds advantages when dealing with outside organisations in making the inclusion of new data a seamless process. Completing the solution, AssetWhere supports an interface to AM/FM business applications (such as fmXpert) resulting in a total solution that will increase the overall asset monitoring and management capabilities of your organisation. Following the successful launch of AssetWhere in Australia, Kristin School in Auckland is the first New Zealand site.
AssetWhere provides the essential link between graphical data and attribute data that allows for easy navigation of complex datasets. With AssetWhere, you can zoom in and out from locality to a specific site, building or room for inspection. Navigate the map visually through point and clicking, and then easily generate reports of clicked objects. This is done through the pan and zoom tools, as well as through the zoom scale function. The Label Manager allows you to turn on and off the labels of selected layers, helping reduce cluttering on the map. Build queries to query the database through point and clicking, browse through assets or search for assets with specific attributes. And last but not least, print maps to ready-to-use template in A4 portraits or landscape format.
