Delivery can only be made via download.
Delivery charges do not apply.
Should a product be faulty we would be happy to offer your choice of the following:
- An exchange
- A replacement product. If there is a price difference this will be paid by the customer, or a partial refund will be made by OMNILINK.
- A repair if necessary
- A refund.
If a product is not suitable OMNILINK reserves the right to accept or decline a request for an exchange or refund.
- Items must be returned in original condition.
- Items must be returned within a 14 day period.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- OMNILINK will not be responsible for any freight costs.
