Delivery Policy

Delivery can only be made via download.

Delivery charges do not apply.


Should a product be faulty we would be happy to offer your choice of the following:

  • An exchange
  • A replacement product. If there is a price difference this will be paid by the customer, or a partial refund will be made by OMNILINK.
  • A repair if necessary
  • A refund.

If a product is not suitable OMNILINK reserves the right to accept or decline a request for an exchange or refund.


  • Items must be returned in original condition.
  • Items must be returned within a 14 day period.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • OMNILINK will not be responsible for any freight costs.
