Client Acceptance Form

This can be found in the email you were sent with this link/form.
Please note the following points when confirming these project phases: 1. Acceptance of the final deliverable(s) will mean that OMNILINK has completed the project. 2. Any changes by the Client to the agreed project specifications will be managed by OMNILINK’s Change Management Procedure OM-QP-009. 3. If, during the Warranty or Support phase (if such a phase has been contracted), the Client believes that the deliverable does not meet the agreed project specifications, then a non-conformance issue should be logged through the Omnilink Support page on this site.
